Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final on Gearsbd and there are no refunds unless the item is different from what described. If this is the case, you’ll be covered by our Gearsbd Buyer Guarantee. Once a transaction has been completed, there are absolutely no returns or refunds. By completing the transaction, you are agreeing to accept the item and finalizing the transaction. To avoid a dispute with a transaction; We encourage Buyers to review the listing photos, description, and item condition before purchase. 

 

 

Stock, Delivery & Returns are subject to the following guidelines

The orders are subject to the availability of stock.

The delivery might take longer than the usual timeframe/line to be followed by GearsBD.

Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure event which includes, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays, etc

Cancellation: GearsBD retains unqualified right to cancel any order at its sole discretion prior to dispatch and for any reason which may include, but not limited to, the product being mispriced, out of stock, expired, defective, malfunctioned, and containing incorrect information or description arising out of technical or typographical error or for any other reason.

Invalid/Damaged Product: we provide assurance that our product is 100% authentic. There is no chance that that product is faulty or invalid. Even then if a customer finds a product is not working; can request to recheck the product. We will review the request but it may take up to 24 hrs for our review team. 

Refund Timeline: Once the item has been delivered and/or received, there are no returns. If any order is canceled, the payment against such order shall be refunded within 3 working days, but it may take a longer time in exceptional cases or in the case of public holidays. Provided that the received cashback amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount. All refunds will be made in the exact amount and payment method the original transaction was processed. 

  • A buyer filing a chargeback after receiving their purchased item
  • A buyer filing a chargeback after knowingly receiving a refund
  • A buyer filing a chargeback after completing the purchase
  • Buyers who file fraudulent claims are subject to consequences and in addition, we reserve the right to permanently suspend the buyer’s account under the Gearsbd Guarantee.

The Buyer will have 3 days from the item being marked as received to submit a dispute under the Gearsbd Guarantee.

If we do not receive any requested information within 48 business hours from the Buyer, the claim can be denied and the Gearsbd Guarantee forfeited as the result of not providing enough evidence to validate the dispute. Not replying to any email within the noted time frame can also deem that the issue has been resolved and can result in the dispute being lifted.

Buyers and sellers permit us to make final decisions about all cases, including appeals.

We may provide buyers and sellers with access to each other’s names, and contact information relating to a request.

The Gearsbd Guarantee is not a product warranty.
